Returns

1. Eligibility: Each shop and/or seller accepts returns within the respective number of days according to their individual policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on any shop and/or seller’s part (e.g., wrong item shipped, item arrived damaged). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches the respective shop and/or seller safely.
4. Refund Process: Once your returned item is received and inspected, each shop/and or seller will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within respective number of days according to their individual policy.

Shipping:

1. Shipping Locations: We verify that each shop and/or seller currently offers shipping to addresses within their respective [list of countries/regions they ship to]. Please note that additional charges or restrictions may apply to certain remote areas.

Refunds:
